Our Director

Meet Ms. Fatima Marin, the Director of First Learning Center. With a wealth of experience spanning nearly three decades, Ms. Fatima brings a passion for education and a commitment to excellence to her role as Director. In her capacity as Director, Ms. Fatima oversees and supervises the daily operations of our school's programs, including both our academic year curriculum and our seasonal camps in the Spring, Summer, and Winter. She ensures that our programs provide a safe, educational and nurturing environment for all our children, teachers, and parents so everyone feels at home. Ms. Fatima holds a Bachelor's degree in Education with a specialization in Special Education, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood from The University of Sacred Heart in her native Lima, Peru (UNIFE). She has dedicated her career to both Special Education and Early Childhood, accumulating knowledge and experience along the way. Ms. Fatima's commitment to professional growth is evident through her numerous certifications and ongoing dedication to continued education. For Ms. Fatima, education is not just a career—it's a calling she never sees herself retiring from. She finds immense joy in witnessing the growth and development of the children in our programs and their families. Whether it's the excitement of learning something new, the warmth of an unexpected hug, or the gratitude of satisfied parents, Outside of her role, Ms. Fatima treasures spending quality time with her daughters and grandkids. When she's not working, you can often find her enjoying family outings or traveling with her husband.
